Gaddafi’s girl

 It has been a while since I met up with Priyanka Chopra through the Arab media I heard that she was visiting Libya to help raise awareness to help children it sounded just like Priyanka and the way she has been brought up by her wonderful parents.

I have been an avid fan of hers since I interviewed her about 2 years ago and I was the first person to predict that she would be a big hit in Bollywood.

Ex-Miss World and current Bollywood hot actress Priyanka Chopra just returned from a mission from Libya she was a state guest of the Government of Libya.

She had gone on an invitation of Muammar Gaddafi, the head of the Libyan Government, to undertake charity work to help save the children and to raise awareness or the children of the world and what meagre resources are available to a minority of he children and a large majority suffer deeply through poverty which results in rather more exploitation.

The stunning beauty with a heart of gold  stayed in Libya for five days, visiting hospitals, orphanages and other social organizations. She also met senior government officials to promote better relations with India and highlighting plight of  children of India .

Priyanka has been previously involved with charity work during her tenure as the Miss World pageant winner, as she was the ambassador for the ‘Confederation of Indian Industry Literacy Program’, a member of a support group of thalassaemic children in UP, a part of the adult education awareness program in Bareilly, a volunteer in the Polio Eradication program.

Speaking about her mission, Priyanka revealed, “I agreed to take this up as it was for a good cause. I have been involved with a lot of charity work in the past too and it feels good whenever I can do something to help the less fortunate.

Priyanka is into a lot of classy and big banner films in Bollywood.

She is not only working in Anil Sharma’s ‘The Hero’ (with Sunny Deol), K.C.Bokadia’s ‘Ek Haseena Ek Deewana’ (with Govinda), Kuku Kohli’s ‘Asar – The Impact’ (with Ajay Devgan), Satish Kaushik’s ‘Hum Bhi Khush Tum Bhi Khush’ (with Anil Kapoor) and Guddu Dhanoa’s ‘Gandhi’ (with Bobby Deol). But now, the gorgeous actress has also signed two more films – White Feather Films’ ‘Musafir Hoon Yaaron’ plus another one with the same company; both to be produced by none other than Sanjay Gupta.

So I say WATCH OUT Aishwariya and Kajol and everyone else……
