Nina Burmi
Naturally gifted with a melodious and resonant voice, which extends across three octaves, Nina captures the exquisite yet vibrant and dynamic emotions of Hindustani classical music. She has given concerts throughout India before making her UK debut in 1997, and recently performed in Whitehall before the Queen, for her Golden Jubilee. Nina will be performing with tabla maestro Sanju Sahai and Ustaad Fida Khan, the renowned harmonium player. A gifted vocalist, he has accompanied artists including Pandit Hari Parasd Chaurasia, and Ustaad Allha Rakha.
